WHEELS
Industrial Wheels:
Solving the "Push-Pull" Equation
In the world of material handling, the wrong wheel choice is a hidden tax on your efficiency. It leads to operator fatigue, floor damage, and frequent downtime.
A wheel is the only thing standing between your payload and the floor. If the wheel fails, the mission stops. Bond wheels are engineered to solve the "push-pull" equation—optimizing for the lowest possible rolling resistance without sacrificing floor protection. At Bond, we treat wheel selection as a science. We help you navigate the trade-offs between load capacity and floor protection, ensuring your facility stays mobile without compromise.

Material Science & Durability
- Bondrelene (Polypropylene): Lightweight, non-marking, and resistant to almost every industrial chemical. Ideal for clean rooms and laboratories.
- Bonduthane (Polyurethane): Not all poly is created equal. Our Bonduthane is chemically bonded to the hub to prevent "tread separation," offering high capacity with a cushioned ride.
- Cast Iron & Semi-Steel: For the most rugged environments where heat and floor debris would shred a softer wheel. Precision-machined for a perfectly round rolling surface.
Some Common Problems
Problem: Permanent "Flat Spots" on Stationary Carts.
Heavy loads can deform soft wheels if left overnight.
- The Bond Solution: We help you select the correct durometer (hardness) to ensure the wheel returns to its round shape immediately upon motion.
Problem: Debris-Strewn Floors.
Metal shavings or gravel can "imbed" in soft treads, turning your wheel into sandpaper.
- The Bond Solution: Our Ductile Iron and V-Groove wheels are designed to reject debris or run on tracks to bypass floor hazards entirely.
